REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL & leave in fridge to cool/settle for 2-3 days before opening to avoid eruption! Please note: Once in the fridge, this product may separate and/or clump. This is normal! Gently shake or stir with a straw or chopstick. BURP BOTTLE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY, as natural carbonation is normal.

Drink 2oz, 1-2 times per day. Adjust frequency and serving size to individual needs. Enjoy any time, with or without food.
