Our favorite Energy Smoothie & Juice Recipes
When creating smoothie and juice recipes using nutritional supplements, its always important to use complimentary flavors. Many flavors clash. For example, orange juice and greens do not blend well. An example of flavors that do not clash would be orange juice and banana or orange juice and vanilla. Below are 2 of our favorite smoothie recipes!
All-In Nutritionals™ Hydrating Lemon-Lime Smoothie featuring Ancient Energy
8 fluid ounces of coconut water
1 cup of organic spinach
1/2 medium organic banana
2 stalks organic celery
1/2 fresh squeezed, organic lemon
1/2 fresh squeezed, organic lime
1/2 scoop Jungle Greens
1 1/2 scoops Ancient Energy
Liquid organic stevia or organic monk fruit (optional and only to be used as needed, for sweetness)
1 handful ice cubes
Blend and enjoy! Remember, you can make enough for 2 servings. This will stay fresh for several days. Now, pat yourself on the back because you just consumed one of the most potent (STRONG) smoothies that you may have ever consumed!


All-In Nutritionals™ Ancient Energy Orange Julius
2 cups organic orange juice
1 cup organic almond or oat milk
1 handful ice cubes
1 teaspoon organic vanilla
1/4 teaspoon organic monk fruit (optional and increase or decrease for desired sweetness)
1/2 cup alkaline water
1 raw egg (this is optional, but as many of us know, the original Orange Julius contained raw egg)
1 1/2 scoops Ancient Energy
1 1/2 scoops grass fed bovine collagen (try to use one with "Insta-sorb" so it breaks down properly and does not clump)
Blend and enjoy! Remember, you can increase the above recipe to make enough for 2 or 3 servings. This will stay fresh for several days. Now, pat yourself on the back because you just consumed one of the most potent (STRONG) smoothies that you may have ever consumed!
